1. How do I apply?
It's simple! Just send your resume to jobs@cleverlearn.com.
2. Should I apply separately for each job that interests
me, or only once?
You can apply for more than one job by indicating up to
three positions of interest.
3.Should I send samples of my work (writing, code,
designs, etc.) with my résumé?
For all editorial positions (i.e. freelance authors),
please include samples with your application. For technical
positions, a demonstration in CD format of applications
you have worked on is preferred. However, if you have
public copies of your work available for viewing online,
please include the link with your résumé.
4. I wanted to apply for a position that I saw here,
but now it's not listed. May I still apply?
We update our jobs site by posting new positions regularly.
We remove positions that are no longer open or have been
filled. It is ideal for you to indicate your position
of interest when applying. It makes our process of reviewing
applicants easier. However, you may apply without specifying
the job position. Simply state the type of work that interests
you on our email.
5. How long does it take you to decide whether I'll
get an interview?
Our recruitment process is uncomplicated. We review the
submitted résumés and then get in touch
with the people we would like to learn more about (usually
within 2-3 weeks after new résumés come
in). It is unfortunate that we are unable to make personal
contact with people who are not going to be invited in
for interviews, but we keep all résumés
on file for several months.
6. What is your interview process?
For most positions, we usually begin the process with
a phone interview. If there's interest on both sides,
we invite people in for an on-site interview, typically
with the Recruitment Manager and for technical jobs, our
Chief Software Engineer. Normally, we request our candidates
to take tests that are directly related to the position
they are applying for.
7. How long do you take to make a decision?
Once we are done with the interviewing process and have
completed reference checks, we try to make a final decision
within a few business days.

9. Will you help me with relocation?
When we interview out-of-town candidates, we usually have
the ability to offer a relocation package. Details on
our relocation offering can be requested at the time of
the interview.
10. Do you hire project-based employees or freelancers?
Yes. We hire a certain number of project-based workers
and freelancers here in Cleverlearn. Please review our
list of available job positions to know if we have any
at the moment.
