 Contact Center Representatives
Essential Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound and place outbound customer support calls via telephone, fax, email, and other methods
• Assists inbound callers in any way within the confines of company policies
• Respond to inbound calls pertaining to customer billing and services
• Makes outbound calls and follow-up credit card info for delayed payment transactions
• Conducts bill follow-up for delinquent conference call customers
• Complete direct marketing of chosen products and/or service or related lead generation projects as assigned
• Focuses on building the pipeline for the certain products/services and getting prospects and customers into the pipeline for future lead generation
• Record the results and details of inbound and outbound customer support calls in the appropriate database
• Work with other team members regarding product integrity and customer feedback
• Other short-term and long-term tasks and duties as assigned by his/her supervisor
Experience/Skills/Education Required for Full Consideration:
• A graduate of any 4 year course preferably AB Mass Communications from a reputable university
• Belongs to the top 20% of the graduating class
• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience from a contact center
• Excellent communications skills
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
• With North American accent, an advantage
• With pleasant voice over the telephone, an advantage

Copywriter
Essential Responsibilities:
• Write, edit, proofread and copyedit a variety of online and offline marketing communications materials, such as direct marketing pieces, web pages, email blasts, web-based ads, newsletters and other materials as needed.
• Provide public relations support as needed, including editing press releases and company information, preparing clipping reports and soliciting award opportunities.
• Assist with the integration of Bigfoot’s brand, voice and personality into our outbound communication strategy.
• Carry out day-to-day marketing tasks including report generation, database searches and Internet research as assigned.
Experience/Skills/Education Required for Full Consideration:

Essential Responsibilities:
• Books reservation for air travel, hotel and car rentals, following up when necessary to complete the reservation.
• Maintains and promotes professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications.
• Remains informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs. Communicates information to clients accurately and appropriately.

• 5-8 years corporate travel consultant experience

• Ability to work nights and weekends when needed or schedules
